Payment

Payment is made by Sage Pay secure site. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, UK Maestro (Switch), Solo and JCB.

We also accept payment by cheque, however the goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please send the cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to Jojomangoes, 27A North Rd, Ormesby, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR29 3SA.

We will take all reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Delivery

We only offer a First Class service; we aim to deliver within 3 working days for postage in the UK. Your delivery may require a signature. Delivery is £3.95 per order. Delivery.

Refunds

We hope that you will love your purchases, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete with all items in their original condition along with proof of purchase, within 7 days, stating the reason for returning it. A full refund will be given less postage costs. We recommend that you return your item via a guaranteed service as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by us.

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty please return it to us with the original receipt within 30 days.

We hope to ensure that all products are available, however on the rare occasion that this may not be the case; we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay or to see if we can provide you with an alternative.

Because of the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers’ supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, as JoJo Mangoes continues to grow it recognizes the importance of being proactive and doing everything within its power to support the rights of those involved in the manufacture of its goods.
